IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT APPLYING FOR 2010-2011 INTERNSHIPS
Please do NOT email your application materials to agencies, unless instructed to do so by a particular agency. We had previously posted instructions advising students to email their applications, but this was not correct. Most agencies would prefer a hard copy be sent. Please see the individual agency profiles in our online database for their individual application requirements. All applications are due to the agencies by Friday, March 5, 2010.
Completing your CAPIC Internship Application
Note: If you are a student currently in a CAPIC member Doctoral Program, you may search our online database of Internship Agencies by registering for a CAPIC User ID and Password. After filling out the form (see link below), your Doctoral Program Director will be contacted to approve your registration.

Important Notice
On Monday December 21, 2009 all CAPIC member programs received an email update forwarded from CPA about a partial response of the California Board of Psychology to current problems with the submission of Supervision Agreements to the Board. View the complete text of that message.
Online Stipend Program Application
Applications for the 2009-10 stipends are no longer being accepted. The Final Deadline was January 29, 2010. CAPIC will be notifying all applicants in March.
CAPIC Eligibility and Readiness Form (CERF)
Print and fill out this form for each application, and save for your records. Give the form to your DCT to complete, sign, and return to you for inclusion with your application materials.
