Elections for CAPIC Board of Directors

June 11, 2015 - June 25, 2015

CAPIC Board elections are held every year in May/June, and are preceded by an open Call for Nominations to the Membership.

The election period for the 2015 elections runs from June 11th to June 25th.

  • The CAPIC Office will send out the official ballot on June 11th to all CAPIC programs with voting instructions.
    • Each Active CAPIC program is entitled to one vote.
      Votes may be submitted via traditional paper ballot or online.
      Votes must be cast by 5 pm on June 25th.  
  • The election results will be announced in July.
  • Terms begin July 1 , 2015.

Thanks for voting for your CAPIC Board Representatives!  Elections have now closed.

The CAPIC Board is elected by its CAPIC Program Members and serve 3-year* terms. (* Note:  Intern/Student reps serve only 1-year terms.) Elections for open positions are held each Spring, and with terms beginning on July 1st, the start of CAPIC’s fiscal year.   

Votes may be submitted via traditional paper ballot or online.

Below is the schedule for the upcoming Board elections (2015-2016):

  • The Call for Nominations ran from May 21st to June 4th.  Nominations are now closed.
  • Elections run from June 11th to 25th.
    • The CAPIC Office will send out the official ballot on June 11th to all CAPIC programs with voting instructions.
    • Each Active CAPIC program is entitled to one vote.
    • Votes may be submitted via traditional paper ballot or online.
    • Votes must be cast by 5 pm on June 25th.  
  • The election results will be announced in July.
  • Terms begin July 1 , 2015.
