CAPIC Board elections are held every year in May/June, and are preceded by an open Call for Nominations to the Membership.

The Call for Nominations for the 2015 elections runs from May 21st to June 4th.

During this time, Nominees submit CV’s and a brief bio/statement to the CAPIC office.

The nominees are then reviewed by the CAPIC Board (or Executive Committee), which approves the slate of candidates for the official election ballot.

The official election ballot is then sent out to the Membership on June 11th.  

The election period then runs from June 11 to June 25th.

The election results will first be tallied and verified, then announced in early July.
