CAPIC Board of Directors

Kaitlin Phelps, M.S.

Kaitlin is a young clinician from John F. Kennedy University embarking upon her internship year, who came to Northern California from Philadelphia. She is pleased to serve on the CAPIC board to advocate for fellow students beginning the arduous internship application process and learn about the larger internship and post-doctoral training system. Undergoing the application process during the past year has underscored the importance of student support from training programs, a streamlined application process and increasing the number of quality training opportunities.

Kaitlin believes CAPIC’s programs are on par with other agencies around the country, offering exceptional training despite smaller budgets. She is pleased to help in whatever way she can to increase funding, along with the respect and opportunities available to CAPIC agencies and students.
